OVERVIEW
At ErasmusX, an innovation unit at Erasmus University Rotterdam, I worked at the intersection of scientific research and educational innovation. My focus: the use of Virtual reality (VR) in skill development and Generative AI in higher education.
OUTCOME
- Led a workshop and participated in a panel discussion at Explore 2024, tackling the ethics of GenAI use in education.
- Conducted a study that mapped a student’s journey from high school to university, uncovering key gaps through staff and student interviews.
- Evaluated how VR shapes soft skills, and how it compares to other forms of soft skill learning.
- I published three conference papers—presented at ICERI 2024 and END 2024.
